Handles and creates all minutes, agendas and briefing materials for Bureau level meetings. Maintains confidential files as needed including PARS, review of spreadsheets or sensitive meeting materials and financial or internal proposals for IT department. Including budget orders, new staff employment or HR request.

Assist Bureau Chief with transitioning new staff into their workplace environment.

Makes necessary arrangements for speaking engagements, travel arrangements, and for hearings, conferences, and meetings.

Trained, and mentored new temporary clerical staff and created training materials for phone coverage, which included filing, transferring, and performance review reported to their bureau chief or supervisors before working on the phones.
