Maintains all conference room scheduling, and maintains a schedule of appointments and the daily engagement calendar of the Bureau Chief and Section Chiefs. When needed assist the Supervisors or other staff as well.
Handles and creates all minutes, agendas and briefing materials for Bureau level meetings. Also for external executive level meetings helps assist with set ups and relaying information to all personnel and representatives before attendance for conference calls, meetings, speeches, and offsite attendance needs.
Takes and transcribes minutes of all bureau meetings including preparing the agendas of meetings and transcribes meeting minutes from notes as well.
