ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Selection
Handling end to end recruitment activities
Understanding the requirements from managers and formulating the job description
Responsible for screening and selecting candidates.
Responsible for making calls to candidates and explained in detail about the job requirements.
Short listing and evaluating candidates by conducting initial screening.
Assigned the task of forwarding CV to clients.
Arranging interviews with the respective panel and taking feedback for the right fitment.
Assigned the task of negotiating salary with selected candidates.
Reviewed recruitment policies to ensure effective selection techniques and recruitments programes.
Follow up the candidates regarding their joining dates.
Mass mailing on job portals as per requirements.
Updating the daily recruitment tracker and as well as HR tracker.
Responsible for Preparation of Personnel files with all required documents, employee details for records & issue of Visiting Cards & ID Cards to the newly joined Employees.
Attendance and Payroll Inputs
Maintain the attendance of all the Employees.
Attendance through Bio metric system and reports generating.
Tracking Absenteeism.
Coordinate with the finance for monthly payroll system; make necessary entries for new joiners, separation cases, unpaid Leave, Loss of pay.
Assist with administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required).
Issuing pay slips to employees.
Follow-up with Bank for opening salary account for new joinees.
Maintain employee’s master data.
Taking care of joining formalities to exit formalities.
Performance Appraisal:
Involved in performance Review Process, defined all roles and developed role descriptions which are mapped against KRAs through daily reporting tracker system.
Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
Preparing increment / promotion letters.
HR Policies, Procedures, & Processes:
Preparing increment / promotion letters.
Implement, review, redesign and introduce HR Policies.
Keep a track of records to the procedures, processes, formats / forms in line with organizational goals.
Statutory Compliances
