Included migrating to a new Digital Asset Management system in which I was a valued member of the design team responsible for creating an internet-based website delivered on schedule.

Managed invoice payment process for NA Communications, including tracking invoices, processing purchase orders and vendor set-up providing all customers with weekly billing statements utilizing SAP.

Tracked global A&P spend for Communications Team including monthly updates to Director and Team.

Responsible for all overseas shipments ensuring correct tarrif codes and fabric content were provided, as well as, all pertinent information in order to have a smooth transition through customs. Liasoned with the Global Compliance Director to guarantee all information was accurate.

Managed the inventory of communications collateral in the Wilmington office and at the local warehouse. Included making arrangements to destroy any outdated material as part of the regular maintenance process. Managed collateral fulfillment for trade show distribution and collateral fulfillment for marketing team.

Handled responses to leads/inquiries in a timely manner.

Assisted with trade show coordination, which included travelling to Miami and New York to oversee logistics of the shows, maintaining the trade show booth appearance and interacting with customers.
