Quality Management 2014- 2016

Steel Erectors - Pooler, GA

Developed, implemented, monitored, and reported activities related to ensuring the quality of the structural steel fabrication and erecting processes. Established purpose driven processes to ensure all fabrication and erecting work is completed in accordance with internally developed safety and quality standards, applicable specifications, and regulatory requirements. Collaborated with company-wide teams to establish work instructions, quality and safety standards and procedures, and conduct audits for quality stability and improvement.

Complete non-destructive testing and inspection of oil country tubular goods manufactured to API specifications. Managed risk and reduced the time and cost associated with the Oil and Gas industry for products to be used in the more aggressive corrosion environments on ARAMCO’s Arabiyah Project and Occidental Petroleum Corp ADNOC Project (2013).

Ensured all welds are inspected using Mil and ISO code acceptance criteria.
