Achievements
•Obtained approximately $1M in credits since 2007 by consistently identifying fraudulent or incorrectly invoiced Telecom expenses and working with our various telecommunication providers (AT&T, Century Link, XO Communications, Verizon, etc.) to credit our accounts.
•Budgeted and negotiated multi-year hardware/software maintenance agreements for thousands of enterprise inventory items; including Cisco, VMware, Symantec, Juniper and Quantum resulting in year-over-year cost savings/learning credits of approximately $450,000 since 2007.
•Completed a massive project to update and consolidate 100+ invoices with outdated billing addresses and submitted transfer of ownership requests after the business acquisition of the Journal Media Group and transfer of certain accounts from USA TODAY to corporate.
