PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1)Presently working as a Deputy Manager – Process & Method with ROTOCAST INDUSTRIES LIMITED, Raipur CHHATTISGARH, Manufacturer of High Quality Wear & Abrasion Resistant, Heat Resistant/ Stainless Steel Castings, DI Pipe Fittings through Vacuum assisted Investment Casting Process. Also Pioneer in Steel Shots & Grits with annual sales of more than 15000 MT/Year of Castings & Abrasives.

Duration : Since Feb’18 continue...

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Check all CMD (Casting Manufacture Drawing) and PMD (Pattern Manufacture Drawing).

● Time and method study for manufacture of pattern and die in pattern shop.

● Take a corrective & preventive action for control the rejection.

● Calculation of gating and feeder system for new product development.

● Development of 3-D model of pattern with assembly of Gating System of match plate pattern as well as hand molding pattern.

● Simulation of calculated gating and feeder system of castings.

● Estimate all enquiries.

● To offload patterns at outside vendor with proper PMD (Pattern Manufacturing Drawing).

● Estimate the cost of pattern and die.

● New Vendor Development and their assessment.

● New Product Development.

● Take a corrective & preventive action for control the rejection.

● Responsible for achievement of the production plans for manufacture of castings.

● Look after the Daily Production Problems

● Play an important role in effectively utilizing manpower with an effort of minimum manpower deployed for every unit of workload and motivated team-working spirit amongst the employees thereby ensuring company’s progressive growth.

2) Worked as a Senior Engineer with JAYPEE HI-TECH CASTING CENTRE ( A UNIT OF JAYPEE CEMENT CORPORATION LIMITED) in Rewa Madhya Pradesh, JAYPEE HI-TECH CASTING CENTRE is producing around 10800 MT of Hi-Chrome Grinding Media of all sizes from DISAMATIC Line by Green Sand system supplied by DISA Industries, Denmark and 10800 MT of other Castings for Crushers, Ball Mills, Kiln & Cooler, VRM,General Engineering Items etc from No Bake Fast Loop Molding Line supplied by IMF, Italy of single piece Casting more than 15000 Kgs.The material being cast is Hi-Chrome, Manganese Steel, HRCS, Ni-Hard & Cast Steel.

Duration : March 2016 to Jan 2018

3) Worked as an Engineer with ABHA POWER & STEEL PVT. LTD, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, having two type of Induction furnace having capacity 1.5 ton, 3 ton, 1ton & 7 ton. Having Darpa molding machine 300 kgs 3nos. & 450 kgs 1 number. It produces S.G.Iron, mild steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, Mn steel.

Duration : December 2011 to Feb 2016

4) Worked as a Executive with BHILAI ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED, BHILAI Chhattisgarh, having 2 Arc furnace of 8MT & 10MT & a Induction furnace of 2.5MT.Omega fully automated No-bake molding having capacity 20 ton per hour & 25 ton per hour. Manufacturing & supply of Mild steel, Mn steel, Alloy steel, & Cast iron.
