Comprehensive fund management for the Southeastern FL REO market ranging all aspects from initial property scope/bid to the final closing sale- turn of property to client. Average annual turnaround of 173 properties to spec per County specific building codes, inspections, as well as Federal guidelines in Sec. 8 acceptable properties.
Turnkey management of funds from land/ property selection, bidding, subcontractor negotiation, COs, closing funds due at completion.

Summer (2009) Intern with Valiant Construction at Bal Harbour Oceana mixed use development site reviewing OSHA Standards, subcontractor proposals, employee safety protocol, productivity, and site management with a focus on shell and surface trades.
