Beihang University, Beijing, China Sept. 2012 – July. 2016
• Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Event Recommendation Web Application System. Apr. 2018 – June. 2018
• Developed an interactive web application to display events near a user’s location, allow users set favorite events and recommend events by classifying the event category (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
• Created two deployment environments: Java servlets with RESTful API to handle HTTP requests and responses; Spring MVC gradle with annotation of ‘RestController’ and ‘Controller to handle both RESTful and normal.
• Used MySQL and NoSQL database (MongoDB) to save data and using TicketMaster API to finding events.
• Deployed the whole system both on a local machine and AMAZON EC2 which can handle 150 queries per second tested by Apache JMeter.
Android App Development Experience Jan. 2018 – May.2018
• Self-developed random rules’ poker card game.
• Android App Development with Android 7 Nougat by cloning real most popular apps including Instagram, Uber and Flappy Bird and Twitter individually.
• Used both Parse Server on Amazon EC2 and Firebase to save users’ names, images and information.
• Used libGDX to generate game Bunny Bird, a game like “Super Mario” and Flippy Bird.
• Integrated Google Map API in Uber; Login & Signup System in Instagram, Uber and Twitter. School of Engineering, Rutgers, Research Assistant. Jun. 2017 – Aug. 2017
• Did data analyzing in Python and Matlab under guidance of Prof. Ivan Marsic.
• Implemented classification and clustering methods (n-grams, K-Means and K-Medoids) to do patient cohorts analysis.
• Visualized to compare the commons and difference of each groups.
• Helping hospital making faster resuscitation decision according to the analysis.
• Published a paper on IEEE International Health Informatics: Process Mining and Trauma Resuscitation Patient Cohorts Rutgers, stock Portfolio Display and price predict Web system. Mar. 2017 – May. 2017
• Leader of the team, built web service backend using Python flask and MySQL to store stock info.
• Integration of real-time stock price update(from Yahoo finance API)and presented as line charts.
• Applied machine learning methods (SVM, curve-fitting and ANN) to predict stock’s price with a precision over 70%.
