Handling of reaction such as Grignard reaction, Fridal- Craftreaction, Nitration, Bromination, Chlorination, Oxidation, Reduction etc.
Maintaining and controlling the usage of utilities economically
Controlling & monitoring, Process parameters, production target able to implement & Production plan responsibility & Daily report to Production manager.
Handling of equipment s.s reactor, GLR reactor, MSGL reactor,Drying, Centrifuge, and Multimill, Sifter, Blander, ANFD, RCD, RVD, VTD, NF and etc.
Handling operation such as simple distillation, vaccum distillation, steam distillation, fraction distillation, high pressure reaction, evaporation, liquid-liquid extraction, production techniques and pollution control.
