The Chubb Corporation (Chubb) is a holding company divided into Commercial, Specialty and Chubb Insurances. The Masterpiece application (Chubb CPI's policy administration system) was written in Smalltalk. It was then planned to be written in Java with Websphere as application server using a third-party software called PDFS from company called FJA.This tool generates java code as an output to the complicated formulas, which are entered into it. Once the code IS generated, I was responsible for analyzing and testing the formulas on the backend to ensure that the expected outputs were realized. As a tester, I was working with three Java Debugger/Analyst resources who were debugging the code to determine defects and their corrections.
Worked with FJA's unit testing tool called CETA.
