Project Name: Fast Efficient Voltage Level Shifter for Dual supply Applications

Functional Objective: To reduce usage of power and increase performances of electronic circuits by using

level shifter

Technologies: VLSI Design

Concepts: A fast and power efficient voltage level shifting circuit capable of converting extremely low levels of

input voltages into high output voltage levels. The efficiency of circuit is increased when strength of pull up

device is reduced while pull down device is pulling down the output node but strength of pull down device is also

increased using a low power auxiliary circuit. The propagation delay, area and power consumption can be

analyzed using Micro wind tool.
