Read the WPS to obtain the weld geometry, parent metal thickness and material.
Selection of suitable probes and wedges for PAUT and TOFD.
Develop scan plan using ES beam tool for PAUT inspection.
Machine set up and calibration.
Scan the weld and HAZ.
Analysis using Tomoview.
Interpret and classify using relevant codes and standards.
Report in relevant formats.
Locate and mark relevant indications in the weld.
Visual Inspection of Weld, Castings, Boilers, Vessels, Storage Tanks, etc.
Organize the small teams and carry out inspection.
Preparation and Submission of Reports and coordinating with Clients.
PAUT on vessels long seam and circumferential seam, nozzles like normal nozzle and tangential nozzles, piping of various diameters, disbonding check using hydro foam.
TOFD on vessels long seam and circumferential seams.
UT carried out in different kind of jobs like Plate, Shaft, Pipes, Vessels, Beams, etc.
Lamination Check on plates, shafts etc. using Ultrasonic Testing Method.
Thickness measurement using Ultrasonic Testing method.
Eddy Current Testing for Welded joints of coated or uncoated lifting pad eyes.
Tube Inspection using various methods like ECT, IRIS, RFT, MFL.
Evaluation and Recommendation for repair and maintenance program of Pipelines and Vessels affected by External and Internal Corrosion of Process area.
