Dec. 2008 to Aug 2011- Kellogg Brown & Root for:

LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY-FOSSIL FUEL POWER GENERATION FACILITY, SCRUBBER INSTALLATION. LaGrange, TX.

Manage Field Engineers, Document Control and various contracts. Attend Safety Council as advisor. Initially sent to this project for trouble shooting to repair errors, in the interest of getting “back on track.” We had a successful project completion and finished with an outstanding client relationship.

BUNGE-ERGON, NEW ETHANOL PRODUCTION FACILITY. Vicksburg, MS. Manage Field Engineers and Subcontracts.

This project was started by BE&K Construction and the company purchased by KBR before its completion. Excellent client relationship.

SOUTHERN COMPANY, PLANT SHERER, FOUR UNIT FOSSIL FUEL POWE GENERATING STATION. Juliette, GA. Area superintendent. Sent to this project as trouble shooter to correct baghouse correction problems and bring project “out-of-the-ditch. Directed Boilermakers in correction and repair of mistakes. We made great gains in restoring client satisfaction. Six months on project. Transferred to Mississippi to beef up civil supervision.

CITY of TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA, COMBINED CYCLE, GAS FIRED POWER GENERATING STATION. Provide oversight for Field Engineers, subcontractors and Environmental. Manage liaison with client, engineering and field. Six months on this project. Sent to Juliette in emergency re-assignment.

OWENS CORNING, KEARNY, NEEW JERSEY, ASPHALT AND ROOFING PLANTS. INSTALL NEW ACID INJECTION SYSTEMS. UPGRADE EXISTING MECHANICAL. PROCESS SYSTEMS. As Construction Manager to provide oversight for union contractors. One year to completion. Sent to Tallahassee, Florida.

JACKSONVILLE ELECTRICAL AUTHORITY. INSTALLATION OF TWO ON ONE, GAS FIRED, COMBINED CYCLE POWER GENERATION STATION. Chief Field Engineer and Subcontracts field manager. Environmental Manager reporting to JEA. Two years.
