Project: Payment Management System Health and Human Services 10/2011 to Present

The Payment Management System (PMS), is a centralized grants payment system and cash management system operated by the HHS Program Support Center (PSC), Division of Payment Management (DPM). The Payment Management System accomplishes all payment-related activities for HHS grants from the time of award through closeout of a grant. In addition, the Payment Management System provides these same services for several major Federal agencies outside of HHS. These "cross-serviced" agencies include among others: Department of Labor, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Interior. The Payment Management System processed over $179 billion in payments in fiscal year 1999 to over 22,000 grant recipients.

• Develop Forms and reports in PL/SQL Packages, Java Script and Oracle Web Tool Kit in J2EE, SOA environment. Following Serena Source control, Team Track, Unix Scripts and CMMI methodology.

• Reverse engineer 300 oracle tables into smaller data models to prepare for next generation modernization development work using Toad Data Modeler.
