Workday Integration Program – AstraZeneca is currently maintaining both HR and Payroll information in AZ Engage application. As part of this program, HR information will be migrated to Workday whereas Payroll data will be retained in AZ Engage. Based on pay periods (past, current, future), HR information will be passed to AZ Engage through Scheduler as PICOF extracts. The integrated data will be placed in FTP location via Scheduler and through ETL process the data will be making its way through landing to target tables (data mapping and transformation logic applied). Through adapters which have been fetching data from specific methods pertaining to the following service bundles Employee, Contingent, Employee Sensitive and HR, downstream applications will be consuming the appropriate data required.

iMedidata RAVE is the industry-leading system for capturing, managing and reporting clinical research data, designed to help life science companies optimize their research investments by efficiently streamlining the clinical trial process.
Project Objective:
In AZ DMC-Study Setup, I have been a part of the following Data Capture and in clinical data management system. RAVE is an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system that incorporates both the features of EDC and clinical data management system. The EDC module is comparable to a collection of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF). All data related to studies, sites and subjects collected during a clinical trial or entered and modified in EDC module. Specific privileges can be applied to the users based on their assigned roles. RAVE application or tool is used to manage data from clinical trials, to ensure that study data is processed in an efficient way and to facilitate the communication between the marketing companies and the R & D.
Project Description:
iMedidata RAVE allows data managers and monitors to perform continuous viewing, updating and querying, reporting and locking functions during a trial’s implementation. Working off the same platform as data capture, clinical data managers and bio statisticians have a full suite of query and protocol deviation management tools, along with multiple configurable levels of data review and locking. In DMC (Data Management Centre) Study setup, the studies that are created under goes Edit Checks Development in Rave. Access to study in RAVE with appropriate roles needed for QC testing. Thus finally once QC Testing for all components in RAVE (eCRF, Edit Checks, Reports, SAE Mails, PHL Mails, TSDV, IVRS Integration and Outputs) is completed, a mail is sent to SDB (Study Design and Build Team) to release to SST release. Finally the QC findings are logged in Test log and uploaded in VSS Repository maintained by SSU.
