The main function to smooth coordination between all departments as well as make sure that all things should run smoothly in the organisation and if anything goes wrong should be highlight and try to resolve the matter so that it should not repeat in future. To analyse the working procedure of all departments & update about the irregularities of various departments from time to time to ED. Also do audits & work on the instructions of ED.

Also worked on the detailing of Product Information Sheet(PIS) & Customer Information Sheet (CIS). To collect & consolidate each & every details of our products & use them scientifically to speed up the process.

To make standards of costing includes rates of vendor, dyeing estimate & dyeing calculation, Bill of material & care instructions.
