Two year Experience in NTPC, FARAKKHA 3x200 and 3X500 MW through contract basis in UTILITY POWER TECH LIMITED as VIMALA ENTERPRISES JR. ENGINEER. . During 13 August 2011 to 21 March. 2013.

Preventive, shutdown & breakdown maintenance & overhauling of boiler & its auxiliaries.

Responsible for boiler shutdown jobs including boiler tube leakages, overhauling of soot blowers, burners, oil guns, coal mill HP1103/dynamic, coal feeder etc.

Preventive maintenance & overhauling of coal mill HP1103/dynamic, coal feeder & lop system.

Maintenance of bowl mills HP1103/dynamic, Gravimetric coal feeders. Hot, cold air damper & gate.

Notifying equipment defects & attending them on getting opportunity.

Preparing & executing preventing maintenance schedule.

Carried out daily and weekly inspection as per check list of equipment

Daily entry of details of major overhauling maintenance carried and breaks down notification.

Assign responsibility for carried out predictive maintenance

Inspection as per check list

Schedule maintenance, pending job

Preparing spare part list from drawings.

Preparing & maintaining all maintenance reports.

Handling manpower in efficient & productive manner.

Knowledge about other Boiler accessories and auxiliary.
