Main Responsibilities as Admin.

Organizing Chairman weekly and monthly schedule, meeting arrangements, keeping files orderly, documentation and archiving documents.

Co-ordinate all transportation required for business and personal purposes, accompany the Chairman on business trips as necessary

Coordinating company guests’ arrival and departure, organizing sightseeing.

Handling hotel reservations through the travel agencies, hotels directly, issuing tickets, with appropriate control.

filling and expense reports to finance department.

Administrative duties: interdepartmental communication and reporting, preparation of outgoing documents.

Main Responsibilities as Human Recourses Manager

Manage company polices

Manage Global Organization charts

Manage company benefits & compensations

Manage staff attendance by reviewing no show records and make sure that either employees are on annual leaves or on outside meeting, conference…etc

Follow up on quarterly basis on leaves consumption as per the communicated plan and provide monthly consumption reports to the management team

Responsible for Medical Insurance administration (send regular medical claims and follow up, approvals, new additions/deletions)

Responsible for organizing any social/outing event (venue, food & beverage, rates, ..etc)

To provide administrative support to HR Manager in all HR related processes/activities

Support the recruitment activities by contacting potential candidates and schedule interviews

Support training activities by searching for provider and arrange in-house training programs

Assist in the On-boarding process for any new joiner as per New Joiner check list

Assist in the Off-boarding process for any leaver as per the Leaver Notification

§Responsible for maintaining employee’s related personal data on Oracle System
