I assist with all the administrative contract work, this involves making sure that their eligibility is up to date. Work closely with the District Conservationist in order to redo the filing system and come up with a system that was easier to go through and maintain. This change has been helpful and has helped the overall office with the filing of applications and contract for easy access.

Complete and prepare the procurement request for supplies so that the office has what it needs to operate efficiently.

Work closely with clients to insure all eligibility issues of contracts have been corrected, and all documentation has been filed.

Provide information to landowners and the public on program and eligibility requirements; assist clients on completion of program application materials; and explain the payment process and paperwork requirements.
