Monitor the placement and mix of vehicles at over 85 locations in Michigan and Northern Ohio. Direct a team of 5 staff members to insure rates, Demand Strategy and car class are in line with demand and use percentage goals. Monitor and direct contractor on in-fleeting and de-fleeting over 15,000 cars annually.

●Coordinated daily movement of 500 to 1000 cars per day between 10 airports to insure adequate supplies to meet demand.

●Analyzed booking trends at Detroit Metro Airport to maximize fleet utilization.

●Projected reservation growth and determine proper fleet placement at both Avis and Budget brands.

●Shopped daily and weekly rates against competitors to control growth based on fleet utilization and current location.
