Managed a department of 10 salary and 35 UAW hourly employees on a 3 crew 7 day/week schedule. Responsible for all inbound material and outbound finish goods JIT to Ford Motor Company. Managed and built service parts to schedule for Ford NA, China, Russia and Venezuela. Accountable for all warehouse functions, 5S, inventory control and part presentation to the assembly line. Successfully maintained and managed cycle count schedule to ensure inventory accuracy.
