RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Senior Research Associate III: POC Medical Systems Mar 2017-present

• Working with human plasma in BSL II environment to both run ELISA and develop proprietary assays on biomarkers

• Analyzing reagents using SEC-HPLC, NanoDrop, BioAnalyzer, IEX chromatography.

• Chemically conjugating antibodies and proteins on to silica beads and R-PE reporter protein.

• Purifying small scale preparations of antibodies, proteins and other molecules.

• Characterizing antibody affinity using BLiTZ instrument.

Running ELISAs, bioassays, enzymatic assays, as well as spectrometry, SDS-PAGE, western blots, and protein quantitation

Freezing, thawing, and maintaining various mammalian cell lines

Isolating leukocytes and plasma from human whole blood and subsequent assays including ADCC

Writing reports, troubleshooting experiments, and designing protocols from internet searches and literature
