Senior Research Associate III: POC Medical Systems Mar 2017-present
• Working with human plasma in BSL II environment to both run ELISA and develop proprietary assays on biomarkers
• Analyzing reagents using SEC-HPLC, NanoDrop, BioAnalyzer, IEX chromatography.
• Chemically conjugating antibodies and proteins on to silica beads and R-PE reporter protein.
• Purifying small scale preparations of antibodies, proteins and other molecules.
• Characterizing antibody affinity using BLiTZ instrument.
