Responsible for the daily inspections of all welded products for our company. These tasks include, but are not limited to: Daily poke-yoke checks on each welder, hourly weld checks on each welder including torque tests, pull tests, push tests and CMM’s in measure max and PC Dmis CAD 4.2. Determine if parts need to be put on hold because of quality issues.
Daily Specialty Tools: Calipers, Force tester indicators, plasma cutter, torque wrench, micrometers, CMM machine. Functional gauges and LMI gauge. Hand held force tester.
Training of all inspectors on my shift and numerous W/M operators.
