I trained Classes with 20 users. We trained 14,000 users in 5 months. I’ve trained Physicians and Nurses. January 2018 - June 2018.

● Arkansas’s Childrens Hospital, Certified Trainer (Ambulatory); At ACH, I designed Scripts and lesson plans for various specialties in the ambulatory setting. I trained classrooms with max of 20 students per class. I’ve also been training one on one in personalization Lab. August 2017 - November 2017.

● Children’s Healthcare of A t lanta, Credentialed Trainer(Ambulatory); At CHOA I was tasked with supporting the Epic 2017 Upgrade. While supporting staff with the new 2017 features, I was also creating lesson plans about the newer ways to operate in the 2017 version. I also did 1 on 1 training with the staff based on role in epic. The List included all provider types, Nurses, and clinical staff. June 2017- July 2017.

● Mission Health, A sheville, NC here I was a Cerner analyst documenting software changes and updates along with optimization requests. I trained newly hired physicians and nurses. ● Huntington Hospital; Pasadena, California. At Huntington, I came on after a failed go-live from 2013. We came in and cleaned up the build, redesigned the workflow, and retrained the entire physician staff in a three-month time frame. Training consisted of 1 to 1 training, specialty training by group, classroom training, and a favorites fair where we built favorites for the physicians. We supported Power chart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, and Power works in the surrounding clinics. January 2014 – March 2014.

● Kaleida Health Systems; B uffalo, NY. At Kaleida Health I was a trainer training physicians in Cerner Power Chart Millennium at Children's Healthcare of Buffalo and Buffalo General Hospital.
