DESIGNATION:- Dy. Manager- Operation (Jan2014 - Till date).

Handling the 6 Hi Reversible Mill as per Production requirement.
Raw material arrangement according to requirement.
Maintaining the quality of the products according to customer requirement.
Preparing the pass schedule for the rolling of different thicknesses for each pass for the 6Hi mill.
Observing the problems comes throughout the rolling & posses solving power.
To control the mill for a smooth and most production with minimising the delay.
Coolant management & maintaining the coolant parameters.
Planned how to reduce mean time between failures and increase mean time to repair.
Roll management, Roll testing & Roll Assembly.
Managing the man power with a full of safety and accident control.
