Predicted sales price of 1459 houses based on housing features and market trends. Implemented random forest and linear regression techniques for feature selection and prediction and obtained an accuracy of 91%
Text Analysis on Twitter Data Python (Scikit – learn, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib) Fall 2017
Performed text classification on twitter data to classify the tweets belonging to android and iOS users. Modelled and compared different machine learning classifiers and found logistic regression to be the best giving an accuracy of 91%. Extracted the keywords leading to the popularity of a tweet and determined the polarity of the keywords (positive or negative)
Predicting Sperm Fertility R (General Linear Models) Spring 2017
Predicted the fertility of human sperm to be normal or altered based on various influencing parameters with an accuracy of 86%. Fitted logistic models with interactions between various attributes in the data to find the best fit for the data using AIC and G2 value
Solving Parity Problem using Multi-Layer Neural Network R Spring 2017
Designed a Multi-Layer Neural Network to learn to solve the parity problem in less than 5000 epochs using back propagation algorithm in R and achieved an error as low as 0.05
Parts of Speech Tagging Python Fall 2017
Labelled about 2000 sentences containing 29442 words with appropriate parts of speech using forward-backward and viterbi algorithms and achieved an accuracy of 95%
