Assisted with relocation of construction management staff into finish structure. This project contained 4,516 tons of structural steel. The tower and tech center required over 639 piles and 65,000 CY of imported soil. Project used 10,000 CY of crushed concrete created on-site from demolition of existing buildings. Completed scope of work confirmation and determined change order request validity. Performed detailed change order work.

Assisted in areas of Central Plant, Low Voltage Systems and Hardware. Directly managed a team 10 and up to 300 people at one time on the project. This included 4 Project Managers and Sr Project Engineers. Attended meetings with architects, engineers, GC, consultants and governing agencies. Processed over 250 change orders bringing total final project value to over $13 million, finishing on schedule and bringing a profit to the company.
