Investigated Solvent recovery of morpholine from APCHS ML (Allopurinol mother liquor),which can be wasted out after manufacturing of APCHS, will again recovered that morpholine upto 10% from the waste solution.

Process development which based on Energy balance, mass balance, piping and instrumentation diagram (PNID) and increased yield by treating with unit operation like Distillation and Extraction.

Presented design calculation on shell and tube heat exchanger, Distillation column, Reactor and rotameter.
