CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Currently engaged in a government approval process in the Bahamas to obtain final development agreements for a semi-private club on a 1,877 acre, undeveloped island approximately 100 miles north of Turks and Caicos inclusive of housing, airport, marine, golf course, medical facilities, a post office, and convenience stores/shopping resources.

Engaged in the preparation of all land development budgets and scheduling, and currently awaiting funding.

Collaborate with a CEO, CFO and a registered broker to handle funding conversations.

Actively direct/review all engineering and environmental design, plans and reports, and manage legal documents for HOA and CCRs in addition to developing the financial presentation package for investment groups.

Developed site plans to demonstrate vertical, architecture, golf and recreational space/pursuits.

Currently direct land development operations, including outside consultants, construction, budgets and staff, monitoring financial data on each phase of development in addition to P&L operations prior to turning over control of daily operational requirements after funding is in place and construction on the island begins.

Obtained United States FAA and Bahamian approval for a 5K runway with port of entry status.

Secured additional port of entry status for a fully functional marina and associated freight docks.

Prepared a $300MM improvement budget before the project goes into self-funding status with an anticipated total sales price for homes and business on the island at approximately $2BN with an estimated timeline of 15 years.

Collaborated with government officials in the Bahamas to gain approval for conducting business in the country.
