I marketed, recruited, and sold insurance products in the areas of: Personal Lines - Home, Auto, Life (Term, Universal, Indexed Universal), Health, Accident, Sickness, Excess Liability, Marine, & Annuities). Commercial Lines - General Liability, Property, Excess Liability, Workers Compensation, Work Place, Health & Disability, Life (Key man & Buy outs/Partnerships), & Specialty Events. Also consulted, advised and educated clients for suitable policies. Also during this period I was an Allstate EA from 6/2004 to 4/2006.

Developed and managed small contracting business for various sunrooms both residential and commercial applications. I also developed, marketed, and constructed log homes, remodeling and construction management. I managed sub-contractors and administration functions, submit permits, consulted with architects and engineers, as well as negotiate bids and write contracts.

10/1993 - 01/1995 TRICON Developments

I Consulted with Architects & Engineers in project designs, procurement of subcontractors, and resolving issues. I erected two five story and one seven story post tension projects located in the beach area. I took over two land development projects to resolve some substantial issues with the city, in regards to underground and roads. Also assumed control of an 8 story, previously erected mid-rise, and a multi-family project to correct such problems as water intrusion, roof leaks, and HVAC deficiencies.

I was State Certified Building Contractor specializing in commercial build-outs, commercial painting, and mixed use renovations. Also conversion of warehouses to strip centers, and tenant finishes in hi-rise office buildings. I also sold and completed commercial waterproofing, painting and sealants. I developed all marketing, sales, bid negotiations, employee recruiting and training, specified products, and estimating. Projects ranged from site work to turn key building projects.

1979 – 1980 WESTERN Waterproofing

Tampa, FL

Sales consultant and estimator, responsible for sales and estimating of urethane foam roofing as well as other types of roofing systems, High traffic membrane deck coatings, waterproofing and sealants to architects, engineers, and property management companies. Projects included GTE Quad Block, Orlando Jet Port, and many high rise projects on the west coast of FL.

1976 – 1979 LENNAR Homes, F&R Builders

Tampa/Clearwater, FL

I was Project Superintendent responsible for construction of single family homes, town homes, quadra-plex condominiums and multifamily attached villas. I built projects from land development thru finish products. Collateral duties included renovation of REO projects. I built over 800 units.
