AS A SCRUB NURSE

Check the theatre for cleaning and carbolization.

Arranging the theatre for the desired surgery.

Receiving the patient by proper identification all reports and records.

To keep an accurate count of all the instruments, swabs etc.

Painting and draping the patient.

Assist the surgeon while on surgery by giving right instrument at the right time.

Washing and disinfection of the used instruments and sending for sterilization.
