Worked in the Polyvinyl Chloride plant(Loading & Unloading of VCM mobile Trucks, Polymerization process, Drying area)

Responsible for start-up and shut down of the plant especially the Contact Fluid Bed Dryer.

Monitoring the process parameters closely and trouble shoot the problems.

Generating schedules for routine maintenance and calibration of equipment on a regular basis for higher productivity, efficiency and safety.
