BS in Physics; Minor: Mathematics
Relevant Projects: Major-Senior Project: Designed, constructed, and tested a concrete bridge. I tested the deflection of the bridge after I applied weight to it. I decided to make an arch bridge and I used reinforced rebar to hold the concrete and sub-structure in place. I used fast setting concrete mix as the concrete. I also used formulas and developed graphs to determine the certain amount weight it would cause deflection in the bridge.

The football team would go to the elementary schools in Buckhannon, WV. We would talk to the kids and play games with them. We would normally go 3-4 times a month.
The reason we started this program was to reconnect with the community and provide the kids a role model to look up too. We would talk to them about life, grades and any concern that they needed help with. It was a very humbling experience because you were in their shoes before and realized how important what the words you say to them are.
