I managed the day to day operations of the BI team of two, data & reporting analyst responsible for developing or enhancing reports and dashboards across the division. Utilized advanced business analytics to monitor pricing performance of over 50k apartment unit, and provide recommendations to the pricing and marketing team. I was also a conduit to DBAs, business analysts, and report developers for the migration to SAP S/4HANA and other IT projects, and for coordinating the roll-out of various system upgrades.

Responsibilities:

Played a key role in spearheading the development of the new SAP BI platform, including the development of a data dictionary and SQL coding library for all operational and financial metrics. Extensively involved in the ETL development of all data marts and data warehouse structures.

Recreated the global operating metrics report, replacing an existing report developed by a team of 4 over a span of a year.
