Team member with TD Bank Group - Enterprise Fraud Analytics Platform (EFAP) project that discovers, detects, identifies and builds cases against fraudulent activity using a full suite of IBM products including WebSphere (WAS), IBM HTTP Server (IHS), Case Manager, Content Platform Engine (FileNet), InfoSphere Information Server (DataStage & QualityStage), BigInsights, Cognos, Log Analyzer, Rational Team Concert, QRadar among others - - the project never reached "Go-Live" stage. IBM team achieved 100% on deliverables to TD Bank Group.

Primary focus was working with QRadar team to identify key indicators (failed authentications) to detect anomalous and malicious activities throughout EFAP. Each Counter Fraud Management component logged all activities and within these logs we identified failed authentications and had alerts generated in the form of incident tickets if critical threats existed.

Secondary and tertiary focus was with IBM Case Manager product and maintenance of the platform landing zone. Routinely installed Counter Fraud Management custom application patches and upgrades within IBM Case Manager (ICM), tuned the application and monitored the Case Manager/FileNet logs for successful transactions during the development stages. The landing zone was used for third party deliverable of 30 to 50 large batch files on a daily basis that were ingested by DataStage and then moved to BigInsights. I created shell scripts to ensure the files were ordered by YY/MM/DD and that duplicates did not exist across the many swimlanes setup to accept these personal confidential information (PCI) files that could be up to 30 GB in size for a single file.

Team member for corporate SHA-2 upgrade that needed to migrate all internal and external certificates from SHA-1 to SHA-2 prior to December 31, 2016.

Successfully deployed 30+ (0% roll-back) SHA-2 upgrades within the PAT (Staging), CPO (Disaster Recovery) and PROD (Production) environments. Included creation of Run Books which were vetted by management team on a daily basis, collect details & approvals thru CA Service Manager for change records.

Ordering of certs thru TD Bank proprietary cert tracking software with deployment of KDB and JKS certs and arranging for *.p12 certs to be deployed on F5 load-balancers (if external).

Recycling of IHS and JVM instances and ensuring they have started successfully.

Provided daily maintenance and support for Government of Ontario (GO) applications within ONe-key that required secure access. This included single sign-on and second-factor authentication. My team did not breach the Service Level Object (SLO) in any year while employed with GO.

Successfully implemented 20+ client applications within all ONe-key environments. This included setting firewall rules, LDAP entries for security on web service calls, configuring Entrust GetAccess roles, creating DB entries (new user, tables), installing custom application into WAS and installing GetAccess RunTime & Pidfilter (custom application for either Microsoft Internet Information Server or IHS) on client web.

Successfully installed and configured Oracle DSEE 7 into PROD & Staging environments. This included setting security, password-policies and migrating all entries from IBM-Tivoli directory.

Additionally; installed, configured and administered middleware that included Entrust GetAccess/IdentityGuard, Apache 2.2, WAS 7/8.5.5, IHS 7/8.5 in all environments. Created BuildBooks during installs in lower environments.

Manage application upgrades (including IBM FixPacks/maintenance), deployment, testing and verification for all minor and major releases within ONe-key three environments.

Identified and carried out opportunities for improvement in processes, approaches, practices, tasks and techniques for deploying solutions. All projects were documented/managed within Remedy for Release & Change Management.
