Personnel Management
Prepares and implements production schedule and manpower scheduling following a fair and maximized manpower allocation.

Inventory Management
Oversee the effective and efficient use of stock in the daily operation include the control of spoilage, charges, variances, recording of food cost and its contributors for P & L justification and evaluate stock consumptions versus forecast.
Coordinate and communicate with purchasing department regarding concerns on stock management efficiency.
Establish accurate par levels for all items, minimize stock transfers, monitors delivery of time of suppliers and raise immediate concerns to department.
Oversee the proper and accurate encoding of stock movements (deliveries, stock transfer, wastages) in the inventory management system of the POS.
Oversee the filling and issuance of delivery receipts and prepares product complaint forms for items received that are not within the quality specifications.
Oversee the checking and accurate counting of incoming food, non-food, material collaterals and the availability of fresh stock (food and non-food) at all times and coordinates with other stores or departments to facilitate immediate replenishment during stock out.
Oversee the consistent implementation of all stock control policies such as monitoring stock levels in all storage areas and conducting spot audits.
Implementation of First in First out system, regular inventory count, cleanliness and organization of all storage area.
