RESPONSIBILITY & WORK BACK GROUND

As a “Senior Instrument Foreman” Follow EHS guidelines on the project at all times, and I can Handled site safety work is carried out in a safe manner. Ensure P&ID, Loop Drawings, System drawings are as commissioned and Check the all instruments are properly installed / hook up and calibrated as per project standards and specifications. Conformed all instruments P&ID, Data Sheets, Cause and Effects, ladder Logic diagrams, Trip/Alarm Set Point. All jobs reporting to my Control & Instrument Commissioning Engineer. Review Engineering work packages and arrange the required Documentation by giving appropriate feedback to immediate supervisor. Providing Tool Box meetings with team personnel, planning interface jobs other teams and other supervisors to discuss and doing teamwork, coordinate and schedule the daily activities, maintain the daily reports and weekly report. Carefully handling the calibration equipment and arrange to technicians required tools and spare parts for the job. Prepare documentation for SHUT DOWN works, and complete the jobs as per planning. Conduct the safety meeting every day and fallow the company safety procedure.

WORK EXECUTED / HANDLED

Worked in shutdown NGL-04 Turnaround Shutdown Feb-2017 and handled all types of control valve servicing and field instruments calibration.

Worked in shutdown and maintenance activities in Ras Gas LNG plant Mainly MR, Propane Compressors (GE frame 7), power turbine (GE frame 6 & 9) power generation with Mark V & VI control system. And I have experience in DCS (Yokogawa CS3000, FOXBRO I/A series) and PESS (TRICONEX) system.

Trouble shoot repair, calibration and testing of all types of process control instruments. (Pneumatic, Electrical, and Electronics instruments.).

Calibration, Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Flow, Pressure, Temperature & Level, Electronic, and microprocessor based instrument and Smart transmitter.
