02/09/18 to current: Northern Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation. I am a charge nurse and take care of up to 30-35 residents. Essential tasks include medication administration, wound care, assessments, and performing routine care. Behavioral Care.
08/2015 to 04/2017 Agency – Traveled and worked for different agencies as needed.
10/20/2012 to 11/2016: French Robertson Maximum Security Prison. Have been an LVN and charge nurse as needed. for the Robertson Unit. I was able to care for 17 bed hospital with 2 pysch cells. Performed wound care, EKG’s. We have an ER, clinic, and hospital on the unit.
Wound Vacs. Draw blood. Blood glucose checks. Used gurney to pick up patients frequently. I’m calm in emergency situations. I did have to perform CPR to patients that attempted suicide, hangings, cutting, as well as other medical situations and assisted the doctor as needed effectively caring out physician as well as psychiatrist orders.
12/01/2010 to 07/2012: Abilene State Supported Living Center - Administrating medications. Tracheostomy care, inserted Foley catheters, straight catheterization, changed g-tubes, use peg tubes., Ensured documentation and procedures of ABSSLC.

08/07/1997 to 10/22/2010 Jordan Health Services – Assistant to the DON for 13 years.
Worked in community care and in taking care of the disabled and elderly in the home setting in Community Based Alternatives (CBA) included hiring and training RNs on how to find attendants and
paperwork to ensure accuracy and patient confidentially, as well as pass audits.
Responsible for performing criminal checks on 6 sites for new hires and required to perform data entry.
Pediatric Home Health/MDCP/CCP, Abilene, TX Sep 07, 1997 Pediatric Home Health Nurse for MDCP/ /CCP working with medically fragile children carrying out physician orders ensuring the family understood physician orders. Went to the State Capital and I had the great pleasure as one of the medical fragile children gave a speech of what is it was like and the need for daycares as a pilot program.
