Established operational policies and implemented process improvements that ensured superior quality and outstanding output of custom precision stamped and injection molded bearing cages and other automotive parts. Directly managed 5 mid-level mangers, overseeing 155+ exempt and non-exempt employees, across 9 departments including manufacturing operations, quality control, purchasing, production, tooling, inventory, vendor management, staff training, safety training, and human resources. Designed and implemented coaching and training programs that developed staff, facilitated efficiency, and improved performance. Managed operational and capital expense budgets exceeding $48M and ensured adherence to strict quality control procedures.

• Led the transition and migration from man-powered to automated production; drove operational performance from 6% profitability to 13% profitability.
