Knowledge of testing of decarb of the heat treatment material.

Responsible for the physical and chemical testing of raw material.

Full knowledge of hardness testing of steel,cast iron and non ferrous bush.

Responsible for the testing of non ferrous material like Bush.

Responsible for the testing of export inspection of components like as Nut,Bolt,Center Bolt,Spring pin and U-Bolt.

Knowledge of proof load testing of the material.

Responsible for the testing of Case and Core hardness of the heat treatment material.

Responsible for production & quality in surface treatment electroplating,auto blacking etc.
