2013-2016 – Director, Consulting – CGI, Quebec City, QC, Canada
As senior project manager on the major DND contract, I helped implement and get certified for CMMI level 3 for a remote-development project
I managed a telecom, insurance and electric company project out of our remote development center
I was introduced to the world of geomatics and learned about managing GIS development / deployment projects
I became the sector coordinator for the corporate project health check
I became the BU representative for the corporate PMO, as such I participated in regular facetime meetings to help improve our project management processes and procedures, including but not limited to, project complexity assessment, project manager classification assessment and validation of the corporate PM training material and website

I managed a team of between 7 and 11 consultants, as such I was responsible for their career plan, yearly evaluations and on-going support
