SCOOPOLOGIST, friendly’s

While working for Friendly’s I was in charge of preparing dessert orders in the ice cream section of the restaurant. These desserts could have been anything from an ice cream cone to a brownie explosion. Most of the time I was running the ice cream section alone. I trained myself by reading how everything was made and went off of the information I was given. In just a month and a half I became the manager of the ice cream station

01-2014 – 07-2015

WAITRESS/HOSTESS, Waffle House

I had two different responsibilities while working at Waffle House. On the week days I was a waitress and mostly I worked the second shift. Some days I worked the first or third shift but generally it was the second shift. I had to learn how to call out the orders, close, cook, etc. On the weekends I was the hostess and I was hosting for mostly all three shifts. I was in charge of greeting/seating people, taking them to their tables, cleaning tables down if necessary, bringing the customers coffee, and cleaning afterwards.

THE SAN LUIS RESORT

While working for the San Luis Resort I was in charge of running their coffee shop. I had to make drinks, serve them, make waffle cones, clean up the whole coffee shop and train new hires on their computer system. I eventually went on to be a supervisor for their coffee shop and helped them find new people to hire so we could have the place run smoothly.

I was in charge of greeting/seating customers/ I had to give them a grand tour of the rainforest and get drinks when needed.

Floater, Forever 21

At Forever 21 I did several things. I ran the dressing room some days where I would have to open doors for people. I would have to make sure no one was stealing anything. I would also have to clear out the dressing room and run all the clothes back. Other days I was in charge of the shoe wall or the jewelry section or really wherever they needed me. I would have to straighten up racks, run clothes to their correct sections, and make sure everything was running smoothly.

E-Commerce/Bakery/Front End, Kroger

For the last two years I have done many things with the Kroger company. I worked for Clicklist, the online grocery shopping service. I was responsible for delivering customers’ orders to their cars. Eventually I went on to actually shop for the customers. Along with that I was put in charge of running the department, doing the paperwork, learning all of their standard operating procedures, and making sure everything that needed to be done for the day was done. In the bakery I would help work the sales floor and make sure everything was stocked. Then I went on to be one of their cupcake decorators. I would decorate cupcakes and help with the cakes. With the front end I would do propane exchanges, bag for customers, cashier, or run cold returns.

I attended North Penn High School from 2010-2013. I graduated with 2 different diplomas and multiple certificates. I was able to exempt a lot of finals and I maintained a fantastic GPA.

VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS, North montco technical career center

I attended North Montco technical Career Center for four years. I graduated with multiple certificates. I got advanced placement on all my state tests along with winning multiple design contests. There were times where I would help my teacher run the class for the day and I would have to teach some of the students how to use certain equipment. We created anything from logos to brochures, safety posters, birthday cards, CD covers, etc.

ACTIVITIES

When I’m not at work I’m usually at home working out. I love exercising because it’s a great way to destress from the day. If I’m not working out I am usually taking care of my mom. Sometimes I’ll cook/bake for her or I’ll stop by her place to check on her. I also enjoy drawing and working on home projects. If I’m staying busy then I am perfect. I like to stay busy. If I’m not busy then I will work on some homework or start baking a new recipe I found online. I love doing different things everyday.
