I am a responsible person, engaged, motivated in achieving goals, empathetic, with a non-discriminatory attitudes towards people. For more than 10 years I deliver social assistance to children in foster care who need to stay in contact with their parents deprived of liberty, to children behind bars victims of sexual or physical abuse, but also to adult inmates which experienced drug abuse, to sexual offenders or those facing mental problems. I deliver social assistance to families in order to develop parenting and independent living skills.

• Counseling inmates (minors and adults) in crisis (suicidal intentions, drug addiction, divorce, death of a family member, victim of a sexual or physical abuse, HIV etc.)

• Providing support to families that deal with the incarceration of a family member: family counselling during this period, organized meetings between family members and between families experiencing the same problem

• Maintaining permanent contact with Social Services, Social Association, NGO’s in order to obtain support for minors behind bars and their families, and between adult inmates and their families

• Organizing inmates community visits (theater, museum, nursing home, etc.).

• Coordinating an educational program to prevent illness with tuberculosis and HIV among minors and adults inmates,.

• Implementing a treatment program in social group to promote volunteering among convicted persons;

• Coordinating student volunteers and practitioners activity, and research on social assistance, psychology, sociology, law;

• Coordinating the team of social workers and psychologists

• Maintaining records, preparing reports, and composing correspondence related to the work.
