Managed the Distribution Center implementation program. Delivering telecommunications capabilities, ERP and warehouse automation functionality and inventory barcode scanning systems. Facilitating the restructuring of the supply-chain operations for finish goods in the US. This resulted in annual savings of $600K in warehouse management cost.

Implemented EDI transactions facilitating the exchange of data between the sales and marketing operations and the manufacturing and distribution operations. Simplifying the handling of these transactions allowed for the reduction two full-time positions.
