A brand management company and one of the nation’s largest independent home video entertainment companies.

Created monthly and quarterly sale and royalty reports and special Ad Hoc reports for finance department. Royalty is calculated based on cash received during the period. Often time customers would short pay on invoices, so adjustment are necessary to be done to reflect appropriate units and dollar amount. Activities included the extraction of data from host ERP system for download to the PC. Tools used in analysis and report creation were MS Excel, and specifically VLookup, and PivotTables. Analysis included the correction of any report discrepancies. Maintained/developed tables and queries in MS Excel to report actual monthly and quarterly reports.
