Preparing and filing the statutory statements of TDS, PF, Service Tax and VAT.

Reconciliation among the internal departments viz.., Materials Dept., Oils Dept., and Stores Dept., and among the internal branches by the date of 15th in every month.

Preparation and Reco of TDS remittance [Challan-281and E-payment Challan-280 and issuing TDS Certificates [Form-16 and 16A] and filing of E-TDS return in Qtly [24Q and 26Q].

Coordinating and taking suggestions from Accounts manager to complete the stipulated work in time.

Reporting to Accoutns Manager what they have been instructing to me.
