P.F., ESIC, Gratuity, P. Tax, Factory Act, L.W.F., Bonus, Contract labour (R. & A.) Act. etc.

Keeping of records and personal file of employees with detail of increment, performance evaluation, disciplinary action taken details, notice issued and personal detailed of employee regarding education, qualification, experience etc.
