Senior Project Manager, Structure Tone South West
Senior Project Manager for Alcon Labs new expansion of its North Manufacturing Operations, Construction amount $60.0 million. The project was manage by phases on which an existing chiller system and its underground piping was replaced to increase utilities for the future operation, underground excavation was added to allow new process sanitary drain, a building was erected to incorporate Line 20 operation, several reactors were added with corresponding process piping were fabricated, a distribution lines was added to transfer process water to the new filtration system and to the new Bosch filler bottle operation with corresponding packaging line. All process room were built to meeting high cleanroom specification, varying from class 100 to class 10,000. To complete the construction a warehouse operation was expanded to allow new conveyors, added new warehouse doors to improve material distribution. A new system network was added, BAS controls and equipment system start-up. Add the latest HVAC technology to improve building management controls. Construction estimate time two and half years. General inspection of all process and mechanical equipment, Provide and execute a commissioning plan to support the Alcon IQ/OQ validation process.

Project Superintendent for a High Performance Green Building Modification for the FOB & Nazario Courthouse, Construction amount $73.5 million. The project is a by phase related project on which building utilities will be replaced and all seven floor will be modernize. It consist of a general site demolition, construction of 368,000 square feet of building, installation of four 400 tons chillers, four cooling tower, chiller control system, power distribution & MCC, piping installation, fire system suppression, system network, BAS controls and equipment system start-up. Add the latest HVAC technology to improve building management controls. Construction estimate time four years. General inspection of all mechanical construction, Project schedule management and control disruptions to the FOB operation are critical requirement for project owner GSA.

Project Manager, Jacobs Engineering
Manage a $12 million construction of a Roche K6 Building and its utilities. The work consisted on a control site demolition, construction of 38,000 square feet building for utility operation, installation of two 450 tons ammonia chillers, two cooling tower, an ammonia scrubber, MCC & power distribution, piping installation, deploy system network and its BAS controls. Construction estimate time six month. Direct supervision of six contractors and 100 workers at all time. This project was critical to Roche operation on its schedule timing and disruption to its medical device manufacturing operation.

The system also requires process lab equipment monitoring to acquire data at all time.
