• Solely responsible for designing the furnace which successfully attained 980 C to melt 12kgs of Aluminum. Carried out thermal stress analysis to assure safety standards

• The furnace is now used for educational purposes at the workshop of A. D. Patel Institute of Technology for better understanding of furnace operations

• Led team of 3 for assembly of overhauling and replacing components of true centrifugal casting machine. The machine was validated with a volumetric efficiency of 65%
