2.Auditing of Petty Cash & Travel Claim of the employees.

3.Preparing the Purchase orders & Sending it to the Suppliers

4.Passing up of Month end Provision Entries

5.Sending Weekly & Monthly report to the Managing Directors

6.Debtors, Suppliers, Bank & Inter Group Reconciliations.

7.Intercalation with AUDITORS such as C form, VAT etc & Registration of Tax Sections

8.Remittance of Statutory Payments (VAT, TDS VAT, SERVICE TAX, EXCISE RETURNS, PT, E SUGAM ETC.)

9.Payment follows up with clients. Preparation of many other important official accounts documents.
